Pole and Strength combined too give you an invigorating work out that will keep you coming back for more One hour of total body fitness that will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body for optimal performance every day – a great way to build up your muscles without having to go to the stinky gym! Pole Grip is required and purchased from our studio! We highly recommend you arrive early. If you arrive late there is a good chance you may not make it into this class Proper attire: Any type of workout attire and high heel shoes. Remember to bring water and a yoga mat for class, if you forget each are $1

How to prepare

Must sign waiver in MINDBODY. For aerial classes they recommend yoga style clothing and pants. Pole dance classes really need you to have as much skin out as possible so you can "stick" to the pole: boy shorts, tanks, pole grip, and of course some sexy pole heels! They offer shoe rentals and classes can always be done barefoot as well.

How to get there

Allure clients can park in front of the studio along the street, on the side of the building near the yoga studio, and there is parking all around the studio! Literally any open space and especially at the old Revolution on Bumby!
