About this class

Torch was created for the HIIT enthusiast. This is a non technical class with an “Everyone can do it” mindset. A high tempo aerobic base program mixed with body weight, functional movements, punching bags and a variety of sports related movements. Whether you have a greek god/godess DNA or not this is for everyone. Come-in, TORCH those calories, and get out in 35 minutes.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable workout clothing when you join us. We do provide towels for our members to use. Also, if it your first time, please come a few minutes early to complete a waiver before you participate in our small groups.

Due to construction please use 135th Street and 17th Avenue to get to our facility.

Great class!
Always a great workout!
Took the Torch class with George...great body workout..trainer checked for form.. Calories were definitely burned...mission accomplished : )
The gym is open air - so just a heads up, there is no air conditioning. I took the 7pm class, and by 7:15 it was starting to cool down which we all appreciated. Another reviewer mentioned mosquitos, and there were definitely a few. Overall the gym is well kept. They have towels, water, and showers. The instructor was friendly and was great about demonstrating what we would be doing, and correcting form as we went along. I really appreciate that. The workout was good for exhausting your muscles, and you can definitely push yourself as much as you want. Torch is a bootcamp style round robin, 6 exercises for 45s, 15s transition. Four times through. I also liked that he led a stretch session at the end, as a lot of gyms skip that part. Overall a good class to fill out your routine :)
