Probably not the best class to do when you've never done anything like this before. Would recommend a private PT session beforehand as the instructor doesn't pay much attention to you so you're left to fend for yourself.

Great class with really nice instructor and people. It was easily tailored to each persons level and no wankiness or ego. Not an intense hurry-the-eff-up workout - a proper strength class where you take your time and do it properly. Will definitely be back

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
