How to prepare

Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle. The studio has cubbies to stash your gear. The bikes can accommodate spd cleats (mountain bike pedals), or flat pedals for your tennis shoes. BYO Towel if you plan to shower afterward, they provide shampoo and soap.

How to get there

They have indoor bike parking, but please take precautions by also locking your bike indoors. Take MUNI (14, 14L, 33, 49) or BART. Get off at 16th and Mission. Walk down Mission St. to 17th, turn left. Car Parking -- Use metered street parking on 17th Street, Mission Street, or Capp Street

It was a nice class. I liked the 30 min cycle +15 core. But the core could have been a bit longer. Robyn was nice and full of energy, but some instructions were a bit unclear

Class was challenging and efficient. Robyn is a great instructor with knowledge of building speed, endurance and strength. Robyn connects with the class a little less than other instructors I’ve had at 17th street which for me makes the class feel a little less enjoyable. Good workout nonetheless.

What is ClassPass?
