About this class

This is not a yoga sculpt class. Strength and Balance is designed to gain the strength and stability your body needs to enhance your yoga practice and overall performance. This class is centered around building functional strength, correcting muscular imbalances and posture, and improving balance. A perfect blend of yoga and strength training! All Levels Welcome. Classe includes resistance bands and kettle bells. Temperature is set at 90 Degrees.

Please make sure to bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have your own, you may always rent them at the studio for a small fee.

How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.

What is ClassPass?
