Payal started ClassPass in 2011 out of her love for dance, which she has been doing since the age of 3. Prior to founding ClassPass, Payal worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and in Warner Music Group’s Digital Strategy and Business Development Group. Payal also has a degree from MIT in Operations Research and Economics.

Fritz Lanman is the CEO of ClassPass and previously served as Executive Chairman. He has been involved with the company since 2013 when he led both the Seed and Series A financing. In addition to his role at ClassPass, he is an active angel investor who backed Square, Pinterest, Wish and several other companies. Before ClassPass, Fritz founded Livestar, Verst and Doppler Labs and worked in Product Management and Corporate Strategy at Microsoft.

CFO & COO
Tom Aveston is the CFO & COO of ClassPass, leading the financial planning & analysis, accounting, legal and HR functions. Previously he spent six years in Japan and Singapore establishing the Expedia business in Asia Pacific, where he ran the marketing and commercial functions. Prior to that, Tom spent several years at Microsoft in corporate strategy and business development. Tom began his career as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and holds a degree in Economics and History from the University of Oxford.

Zach Apter is the Chief Commercial Officer of ClassPass, leading pricing, packaging, inventory, and marketing. Previously, Zach was the head of business and competitive strategy for Google’s self-driving car project and Microsoft’s global Corporate Strategy team. He has a 15-year track record in consumer technology, including search, communications services, digital media, marketplaces, operating systems, business productivity services and hardware. He holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University and is the author of multiple patents in the area of consumer online services.

Hollen Spatz is the VP of People and Operations at ClassPass. In her role, Hollen oversees the global HR, recruiting, and internal operations functions. In previous roles at ClassPass, Hollen was responsible for growing and scaling the Customer Experience team. Hollen brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in marketing and customer experience strategy at companies of all stages and sizes, including Gilt Groupe, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and CEB. Hollen holds a degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Justin Chang is the VP of Product of ClassPass. Justin joined ClassPass after its seed financing, helping scale the company by leading the engineering, product and design teams. Prior to ClassPass, Justin co-founded a career discovery platform and served as a product leader at various startups. He began his career as a consultant for Bain & Company and holds degrees in Finance and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kinsey Livingston is the VP of Partnerships at ClassPass. She oversees the sales, account management, sales operations, B2B marketing and enablement teams, in addition to leading the Women at ClassPass group. Previously, Kinsey spent nearly a decade working in the online advertising space at Yelp leading, training and scaling large acquisition and upsell organizations.

Shana Neiditch is the VP of Legal at ClassPass where she oversees the global legal team and all related matters. Shana has been advising companies in the fitness, wellness and tech spaces for over 15 years. Before joining ClassPass in 2015, Shana was the Assistant General Counsel for WW (formerly Weight Watchers). She began her career as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and holds a degree from NYU School of Law.

Kristin Heintz is the Head of FP&A and Business Intelligence at ClassPass. Prior to ClassPass, Kristin was a consultant at Bain & Company, and she holds a degree in Political Science from Yale University.

Rachel Moncton is the Managing Director of Europe at ClassPass. She joined the company in 2014 and has led several strategic initiatives including international expansion and the company’s evolution to a credits-based system. She now lives in London and manages the European business. Prior to ClassPass, Rachel worked as a consultant for Bain & Company. She holds a degree in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College.

Head of Pricing & Inventory
Jeff Bladt is the Head of Pricing & Inventory at ClassPass, where he oversees machine learning and data products, and leads marketplace strategy. Previously, Jeff worked as the Chief Data Officer for DoSomething.org. He has over a decade of experience directing data science and research teams in the prosocial and tech sectors. He also served as an advisor on civic participation to the World Economic Forum, and contributed articles on data strategy to the Harvard Business Review. Jeff studied Economics and Public Policy at the College and the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
