ClassPass Reservation Cancelation Policy for Certain Events

Last Updated: October 6, 2025

This ClassPass Reservation Cancelation Policy for Certain Events (this “Event Policy”) applies only if the event description expressly states that the ClassPass Event Policy applies. Unless explicitly stated in the event description or this Event Policy, event reservations are not cancelable, changeable, or refundable.

Canceled Event: When ClassPass becomes aware that an event is canceled and will not be rescheduled, ClassPass will cancel your reservation, the credits used for the reservation will be returned to your account, and any associated voucher, code, or admission right will be a Voided Admission Right.

Postponed, Rescheduled, or Replaced Event: If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or replaced with another event at the same date and time, ClassPass may (i) update your reservation or (ii) cancel it and return your credits. If your reservation is updated, you may request to cancel your reservation before the rescheduled or replacement event. Upon timely request, ClassPass will cancel your reservation, and return your credits.

Change or Cancelation of Performers: Acts other than the primary act for an event (such as opening acts), individual performers, and particular performers participating in a music festival or multi-act concert are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. A change or cancelation of performers in these circumstances does not constitute a “replaced” event under this Event Policy, and credits will not be returned to your account for a change or cancelation of performers in these circumstances.

Denied Entry to Event: If you are denied entry to an event, and such denial is not due to your own act or omission, such as failure to comply with event requirements, or if a ticket otherwise materially fails to conform to the ticket description (unless you have pre-approved a ticket substitution), the credits used for the reservation will be returned to your account following your request and your providing reasonable documentation or confirmation of the denial of entry or nonconformity. We may require reasonable documentation or confirmation of the denial of entry or nonconformity before issuing a credit return and reserve the right to decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Event Policy.

Credit Return: Any credit return under this Event Policy—whether requested by you, issued by ClassPass, or otherwise—renders any associated voucher, code, or admission right void for your use (a “Voided Admission Right”), and you must not use or transfer a Voided Admission Right. If a Voided Admission Right is used, ClassPass may reverse the return and deduct the applicable credits from your account, or if you have insufficient credits, charge you for a top-up credit purchase. More details on top-up credits are available here. This obligation survives cancelation of your subscription.
