ok class. teacher yoga skills is advanced but her teaching skills feels like shes only been teaching for 2 months or so. FYI the flow were like back bend and forward flow, then back bend again and forward flow again then again and again.. if you are a yogi you know what this is means.
Vinyasa | All Levels with Narin
Every thing is perfect except the yoga mat. It smells really bad. Must be improved
Core Vinyasa | All Levels with Soravit
Challenging and fun class! Kru Pong tries to push students to their limits but he does it cautiously. He gives importance to correct alignments and muscle controls which I appreciate a lot. The class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate students as easier variation is given for challenging yoga pose.

Vinyasa | All Levels with Chayapat
Fantastic and FINALLY a challenging class with a proper flow. Kru Tar is one of the best here in Bangkok. It's not about showing off and you will focus on yourself and his voice. TWO thumbs up for this class and most importantly the teacher.
Gentle Flow | All Levels with Narin
Kru Nuna is very kind, nice and strong. Really recommend

good challenging yoga class, some English and mostly in Thai so you will have to pause and look at teacher most of the time. I find the class aiming only to challenge everyone but does not have a good flow to prepare everyone for the tricky pose. such as the grasshopper/side crow pose. unless you are practicing yoga daily and in advanced level, this class may not be for you (you may find many poses difficult to do due to lack of flow) other than that I enjoyed the class.
Fundamentals Plus | All levels with Virulh
The toilet is dirty and not well equipped. The instructor is great.
Response from the studio:
Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that enjoyed our class. Kru Kay is one of our most popular teachers. As for your comment on our toilets, we sincerely apologize. Could you give us more details regarding the cleanliness and equipment of the toilet please, as we are quite surprised. The studio's housekeepers are present all the time and clean the bathrooms and toilets on a daily basis, several times a day. As for the equipment and amenities in our bathrooms, we make available for free shampoo, shower gel, talcum powder, hair dryer, small and large towels, and we have showers and a foot-wash basin available.
Inner Peace | All Levels (Thai Only) with Napatcha
As some od attendee were so noisy in advance of the class, I could not concentrete. Yoga mat smell.
