I didn’t enjoy this class so much - too much detail to ease into movements. But it looks like other people enjoyed!

Yin + Yoga Nidra with Nina
Love this class and no complaints about the practice but it’s just a bit of a shame that they are so overbooked. I had someone’s foot in my face at one point, which made it hard to focus on what I was doing.

Hi, wow it really was full for your class. Quite unexpected. Sorry you had a foot in the face. We do ask that people prebook as its very hard when people turn up to turn them away. We dont do it for the $$, promise, just want as many people who showed to get a class. Hope you will come back and see us again. In Summer we have back to back Yin on Sundays which also helps with the numbers.

Class was over booked, felt cramped when trying to enjoy the class

Hi there. Sorry that you felt cramped. Sunday mornings can sometimes really take us by surprise. We have now changed the class type at 930am to hopefully take a little of the heat off the 8am. We encourage booking but sometimes people arrive and then its hard to turn them away. We dont do it for the $$, promise! We just try to make it work so that everyone can get their class. It isnt like this every week so hope you will come back again.

About this studio

Yoga Ground, one of the most expansive and progressive yoga studios in Auckland, welcomes all students, whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply wanting to try a class for the first time. Yoga Ground is set in a new, purpose-built studio in 56 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, minutes from the heart of Auckland. Their high stud, natural light, gorgeous bamboo floors and city views create an ideal environment for your practice. They have 25+ classes on their timetable and offer a range of different styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin and Restorative.

What is ClassPass?
