About this studio

When you step off the busy city street onto their tranquil garden path, you immediately feel that you have discovered a special place. With three bright studios housed in a comfortable Victorian, Yoga Garden SF has been offering authentic, diverse and transformative yoga practice for nearly 20 years. As much a professional training school as a yoga studio, classes at The Garden offer an instructional quality, as well as a directed practice. Classes include flow/vinyasa, alignment-focused, prenatal, ageless, meditation, yoga nidra, barre, BoxingYoga, and more.... Their lobby holds a small boutique carrying snacks, books, yoga accessories, and yoga clothing for women and men.

Flow and Restore with Europa
Great instructor. First part was challenging enough and the second relaxing. Loved it.
Aromatherapy Vinyasa with Denelle
Yoga itself was good but it seems like there was a substitute instructor who didnt incorporate much of the aromatherapy aspect into the practice, which was the main reason I booked this class.
Yoga Basics with Daniel
Great instructor and wonderful studio!
Hatha Align with Dustin
This is a strength building class, very challenging and didnt feel like Hatha
Candlelight Flow with Karen
This was a good class for what it was, but I think its really important to label classes properly. This was not a flow class. It was mainly stretching with a few held poses. Great for beginners, but I was very disappointed given that I was expecting a flow class.
Vinyasa with Lisa
Challenging class. Definitely got sweaty and felt like I pushed myself.
Power Flow with Martine
Really great and very different type of yoga class im used too!
Rocket Vinyasa (Level 2-3) with Christie
This class is the same every time but I really love the instructor!
