About this studio

When you step off the busy city street onto their tranquil garden path, you immediately feel that you have discovered a special place. With three bright studios housed in a comfortable Victorian, Yoga Garden SF has been offering authentic, diverse and transformative yoga practice for nearly 20 years. As much a professional training school as a yoga studio, classes at The Garden offer an instructional quality, as well as a directed practice. Classes include flow/vinyasa, alignment-focused, prenatal, ageless, meditation, yoga nidra, barre, BoxingYoga, and more.... Their lobby holds a small boutique carrying snacks, books, yoga accessories, and yoga clothing for women and men.

Flow and Restore with Europa
Fantastic class, europa is such a great teacher. I recommend this class to anyone
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Great class! About medium or intermediate intensity and such a good stretch/opening. More flow and core than restore.
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Tiffany was awesome. An invigorating and energizing class. Great direction from the instructor.
Candlelight Flow with Karen
Class was way too packed, instructor was rude and babbled nonsense
Vinyasa (Level 2-3) with Adam
Great class if your looking to explore deeper poses. ????????
Vinyasa with Denelle
The teacher was very pleasant
Vinyasa with Denelle
Denelle was great but it was gross and hot in the studio despite it not supposed to be a heated class
Vinyasa with Roy
Really crowded and not suitable for all levels
Vinyasa with Leigh
It was ok. The practice was very regimented with the teacher leading you through every breath cycle. That was a bit distracting. Also, the points required for a 55 minute class is a bit much as compared to other yoga sessions.
Prana Vinyasa with Michelle
Love Michelle’s class! She’s the best at yoga garden!
