About this studio

When you step off the busy city street onto their tranquil garden path, you immediately feel that you have discovered a special place. With three bright studios housed in a comfortable Victorian, Yoga Garden SF has been offering authentic, diverse and transformative yoga practice for nearly 20 years. As much a professional training school as a yoga studio, classes at The Garden offer an instructional quality, as well as a directed practice. Classes include flow/vinyasa, alignment-focused, prenatal, ageless, meditation, yoga nidra, barre, BoxingYoga, and more.... Their lobby holds a small boutique carrying snacks, books, yoga accessories, and yoga clothing for women and men.

Roy is the best!!!!
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Class was canceled because no one showed up to open the studio.
Aromatherapy Vinyasa with Liz
It was a nice yoga class but calling it aromatherapy is a stretch.
Aromatherapy Vinyasa with Liz
I enjoyed this as a vinyasa class but there was basically zero aromatherapy, unlike other classes I've taken at this location.
Vinyasa with Erin
Teacher was very good, but wish she took the crowdedness of the class into account when calling out certain poses...people were constantly bumping into each other
Flow, Core and Restore with Christie
Great teacher
Prenatal Yoga with Alexandra
Great class and awesome teacher but I like a little more of a workout than that. I’m only 4 months tho and not really showing yet. I think this class would be better when I’m bigger. ????
Prenatal/Mom & Baby with Alexandra
Wonderful!
Power Flow with Christie
Amazing instructor and vinyasa flow! One of the best sequences of postures I’ve had in a while!
