About this studio

When you step off the busy city street onto their tranquil garden path, you immediately feel that you have discovered a special place. With three bright studios housed in a comfortable Victorian, Yoga Garden SF has been offering authentic, diverse and transformative yoga practice for nearly 20 years. As much a professional training school as a yoga studio, classes at The Garden offer an instructional quality, as well as a directed practice. Classes include flow/vinyasa, alignment-focused, prenatal, ageless, meditation, yoga nidra, barre, BoxingYoga, and more.... Their lobby holds a small boutique carrying snacks, books, yoga accessories, and yoga clothing for women and men.
