Kat is the best teacher I've ever had!!! If you tell her what you want to work on she pushes you and is the best motivator. She is always there helping out everyone's posture and stance. Truly thankful for her class!

Great class- teacher was enthusiastic and hands-on. Could have added a bit of cardio but Im definitely sore from the moves we did!
Pilates Mat-Cardio with Teagan
Class was laid back and easy to follow. More of a low key core workout. I enjoyed the exercises and found ways to challenge myself more in certain ones. Would recommend for something a little lower in intensity!

Kelli was great. It was not a traditional barre class but I really liked her take on floor barre, Pilates mat and arm work. Think of it more like a low impact work out focused on the total body.
