How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in our Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

Absolutely loved the instructor Mimi. I am very new to Pilates and she was thorough and explained everything so we were doing the moves properly.

I don’t think the class should cost 10 credits. It is super low intensity and mostly stretching. Not at all what I was looking for. I didn’t even feel like i exercised walking out.

Jisun was fantastic! So helpful in walking through all the steps with hands on adjustments if needed. I felt so comfortable and cared for! A great way to lengthen and strengthen. Would want to do even more in the 55 minutes, but a great class nonetheless!

Sabrina is lovely, her vibe and energy made me feel completely taken care of, but also made me feel like I was just hanging out with an old friend. The space itself is beautiful and easy to get to. I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the lack of props for a tall person. I’m 6 ft tall and was working on a super small box, making it deeply challenging to do anything long or short box based without my back and hip flexors fighting to lead.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
