Ventilation system
We have ventilation throughout the studio, AC/Heating, as well as several windows for a blast of fresh air. Please do not attend your class if you are feeling unwell or have been told to isolate.
Extra sanitation
We ask that you wipe down your mat and equipment with the sanitising wipes provided at the end of the class. The studio is also cleaned before/after each class, and deep cleaned once a week.
Equipment policies
We supply mats and all small equipment, including head cushions, eye pillows and blankets, but you are welcome to bring your own. You may store bags, coats and shoes in the lockers at the entrance.
