About this studio

How empowered you would feel, if you could just wake up in the morning, feeling refreshed and excited to face the day with vigour and freedom of movement, knowing your bodies are capable of whatever your mind can imagine. Perhaps you have lived a life thinking of all the “impossibilities” when it comes to fitness. And after the countless attempts, your subconscious self may think that you are unable to achieve your physical fitness goal. Truth is, you are all born unique with a great physical potential and it is what Pilates Plus hopes to develop together with their clients. They wish to bring you on this marvelous journey of self-discovery in unleashing this hidden potential in you.

How to prepare

It may be relaxing to some, but coming in naked is not an option. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing, socks are required (for Pilates classes) and a towel for your sweat.

Very good workout and caring instructor
Inversions
Must go for anyone who wants to work on handstands. Recommended for those who are comfortable kicking up to the wall though!

First time at bent arm strength and whoa it works both your upper and lower body! Great workout to start the week. Instructor was friendly and patient too :-)

instructor was very patient with me even though I attended the wrong class. for beginners ,please take note please join the basic inversion which is catered for beginners. for inversion, usually is for regulars so will be quite tough.

What is ClassPass?
