About this studio

Truve is a 7,200 square foot private training facility, born out of the idea that health and fitness do not conform to the one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll find balance at Truve — balance between home and work, strength and flexibility, relaxation and focus, and so much more. Truve offers over 85 classes per week, everything from Spin, yoga, dance, and Pilates to bootcamp, barre, TRX, bodysculpting, and so much more to suit your tastes and accommodate your schedule. 510 788 8908

How to prepare

Truve provides FREE parking located in the lot directly behind the building. One can enter the parking lot off of 24th st between Broadway and Valley. In the case of construction, enter on 23rd st. Let the attendant know you are headed to Truve. Otherwise come in appropriate workout attire, including shoes.Spin shoes are not provided, but bikes do work with SPD clips. Water bottle filler and fountain and hand towels are provided.

How to get there

Truve is located at 2345 Broadway, between 23rd and 24th st and directly across the street from the Oakland YMCA and in between Firebrand Artisan Breads and Sweet Bar Bakery. Truve is part of the Hive Development in Oakland. If coming from 19th st Bart, walk north 4 blocks. Bicycle parking is available in front of Truve or in the secure lot behind the building.

What is ClassPass?
