Tone House believes that movement training is the key to effective athletic-based, sports conditioning workouts, whether you are a competitive, elite athlete or just want to look and feel like one.

Our bodies are designed to move as a whole and on multiple planes – forward, backward, laterally, upward, and downward. Existing fitness offerings on the market do not allow the body to move in this natural manner. In most settings, we’ve become accustomed to cycling, running, jumping, or lifting weights in one place. Remaining abnormally stationary or staying in one plane while exercising prevents our bodies from maximizing its full potential – in workouts and in daily life.

Movement Training focuses on the utilization of more muscle groups, or the entire body, which expends more energy and results in more effective and efficient workout sessions rather than isolating specific muscles or exercising in a stationary spot. Training movements is critical to making any physical and mental strides, from burning more calories, improving overall strength, speed, agility, and endurance, to gaining more lean muscle, core strength, balance, and flexibility.

  • All Sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All skill levels welcome. Beginners are required to start with the TH 101 intro class! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the warm-up is integral to the class. You will not be allowed in class if you miss the warm-up.
