How to get there

Currently there is road construction on Branard Street which runs along the entrance to Timberline. Please enter Branard from Montrose Blvd and turn RIGHT into the parking lot immediately after you pass SNAP Kitchen.

Hatha Yoga - A with Sowmya
It’s not like your average hipster yoga class. The crowd is older and less hip but the teacher is great and she tries to accommodate everyone. I’ll be back.

This is by far my favorite gym. Staff and gym go-ers are beyond nice. Love the small gym vibe!

Renee was very welcoming but also got down to business. I love this type of class because it feels more like riding a bike and less like dancing or jumping. The music varied from classic rock to The Killers and The weekend. Very challenging!

Finally found a spin class that would give you a good cardio workout without packing you in like sardines! The instructor checked the bike setting to be sure it is correct for what he wants you to do before class starts. Nice studio but it was hard to find since it was in the back side of the block.

Enjoyed the class. Our instructor was friendly and encouraging. The class was a 45+ crowd but I barely kept up. The music is pretty classic pop and rock which I enjoy.
