Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

Great mix of strength and stretch. Good pace for flow.

Had a great class, Deb the instructor was clear, kind and knowledgeable in her teaching. I left feeling very relaxed and with healthy warm muscles. I’d suggest a different class if you’re looking for an actual workout, but it’s great for the day after a long run or HIIT.

What is ClassPass?
