About this studio

The Yoga Quarter formally known as Bikram Yoga Highbury and Islington is a studio dedicated to Original Bikram Hot and Dynamic Yoga. They cater for everyone on their yoga journey with their carefully curated schedule of yoga styles taught by the most experienced and accomplished teachers in London. They are open 7 days a week and offer over 50 classes Monday till Sunday evening. In addition to Original Bikram Hot Yoga, their schedule includes a variety of Vinyasa styles such as Yogasana, Jivamukti, Dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket as well as High Intensity Interval Training classes called Inferno Pilates or restorative Yin and Nidra classes. Members of The Yoga Quarter enjoy regular and exclusive complimentary workshops such as the Bikram Basic Posture and Hippy Therapy workshops.

How to prepare

Please arrive at least 15 min before the class! If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the class starts you will not be admitted! It is mandatory to put a towel on your mat for health and safety reasons. Please bring: 2 towels (one to put on your mat and one for the shower after class) A bottle of water, £1 coin for locker Yoga mats are free of charge. You can rent towels for £2.00 each or we sell Yoga Grip towels from £20. You can buy water for £1, coconut water for £2 and we also sell a variety of alternative health drinks.

How to get there

To get to The Yoga Quarter, please turn right from Holloway Rd Tube station (located on Piccadilly line) and again first right, location is 2 minutes walk down the Hornsey Street, passed Tesco and opposite the NHS. We are 10-12 minutes away from Highbury and Islington Station with connection both to the Victoria and Overground lines.

What is ClassPass?
