It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

Every time I leave, I feel physically stronger and emotionally lighter. The instructors have this incredible way of pushing you to your limits while making you feel supported and capable. They genuinely care about your progress, and that makes all the difference. This class has become something I truly look forward to each week. The community here is special—everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, is kind and welcoming. If I could give this a 100 star review I would. Come try this class/ gym out! :)

The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance.
