Their coaches are knowledgeable, passionate, committed to excellence, and are on the cutting edge of the strength and conditioning industry. The Power House is the perfect place to try CrossFit out for the first time, perfect your strength training technique, work on your mindfulness and flexibility, and sweat alongside other awesome Twin Cities people!

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes that you can sweat in and won't get in your way while you are practicing your Yoga flow or lifting weights. Bring a water bottle (also available for purchase) and workout shoes as well (not required for Yoga). Most of all, an open mind and an adventurous spirit!

How to get there

The Power House is located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul. Parking is available in the designated parking spots in the O'Halloran & Murphy and Domino's parking lots, on the street (Snelling Avenue) in front of our building, or street parking on side streets of Hartford and Bayard. Our St Louis Park location is at 7319 W Lake Street, St Louis Park, 55426. There is ample parking in the back of the building, and right off the Greenway for bike commuting.

The instructor was very attentive, welcoming, and kind especially considering it was my first time trying CrossFit. He adjusted the distances and reps for me appropriately, and it was a great work out! A little on the intense side, but a good amount of work :) would go back.

I was confused about where to go because the class was upstairs and no one was at the front desk. The instructor was not motivating.

Katy is so well versed and I appreciated the fact that she lifts AND does yoga. Shes super welcoming and very kind. Class was relaxing and easy to follow. I felt at ease knowing that the instructor was confident in what she was teaching. All around wonderful class.

What is ClassPass?
