About this studio

HOW IT WORKS The League's signature PAC(K) Training format was custom-created by the studio owner. They've devised a format that consists of Power, Aerobics and Circuit Training in an environment that's as fun as it is challenging. WHO IT'S DESIGNED FOR Everyone! PAC(K) Training is modifiable for anyone at any level. Let the instructor know if you want more or less intensity and the movements will be modified to challenge you at your level. They have total beginners, marathon runners, folks rehabbing injuries, professional athletes, pregnant women... anyone can do it! WHAT YOU'LL GAIN An athletic-style full body workout: you'll leave challenged and sweaty! Community: this studio carries a very social vibe! Variety: new workouts are posted daily! Results: of course!

How to prepare

The League is a warehouse gym that has two water fountains and sells bottled water and towels. You're also welcome to bring your own! They also have mats and foam rollers in the lobby if you'd like to hang and stretch before class.

How to get there

The League is situated just north of the Houston Heights on 34th Street between TC Jester and Ella Blvd. You can't miss it! You'll notice the bright orange doors that match the big orange sign. There's ample parking as well!

Not only was the workout amazing but Terry is the nicest person Ive ever met. Just had two flat tires. He had someone come put air in them and gave me quarters so when I got to the gas station I could fill them up. He even texted me to see if I was okay:

Great workout! Really gets your blood flowing! Terry is super nice and personable, knows everyone by name and pushes you to give your best! His routines are challenging and youll definitely feel it the next day! If you are looking to get both cardio and strength, this would be it!

This was my first time at Pack. I was nervous about signing up for this class as it can be intimidating new comers but I'm glad I did! Terry was very friendly and encouraging, and while the workouts are tough, they are achievable for all levels. As someone that does spin, yoga and Pilates every week, this class made me realize I'm no where near in shape as I thought I was and still have lots of room to improve and get stronger! Highly recommend and I will be back!

Terry is so personable (knows everyone's name!) and is thoughtful with his workouts - the workouts are varied and well-paced. He gives good instructions on technique/safety. This class is good for all levels (beginner up) and all fitness levels (haven't worked out in years to work out every day types...)
