Safety & cleanliness
Safety guidelines are provided by The Hope Centre UK and were last updated on 3/6/24.
Ventilation system
We have fresh air circulating all throughout the centre. Only one session at a time and 30mins gap between classes. Only one studio used at a time! ie no massage room use simultaneously.
Extra sanitation
We have hand sanitisers dispersed throughout the centre & encourage hand washing. All reformers, equipment & high touch surfaces will be deep cleaned between each class and prior to classes.
Limited capacity
Our reformer classes can host 5 but for instructor demo, we only take 4 bookings maximum!Mat class on Saturdays will be in a big hall and can host 20 but only 10 available due to members reservations
Equipment policies
We provide mats. We have a grip sox policy for ALL classes. If you don't have one of your own, no worry - 'Click & Collect service' -https://hopepilatescentre.com/product-category/feet/
