Love his energy. Good variety in the workout.
The Handle Bar 45 with Jess
I love Jess’ class because she is very motivating and explains everything well. The room got way too hot though and the fans weren’t turned on until class was almost over. I got over heated and fatigued for about 10-15 minutes and had to take it easy

Loved this class!
The Handle Bar 45 with Alli
Loved this studio! It was my first time, I usually go to turnstyle. I liked everything about this studio better EXCEPT that you don’t know the playlist ahead of time. There were a handful of songs/genre that I don’t like and it’s hard for me to be into cycling when i don’t like the music. Even though everything else was so great, I’d still be inclined to go to my other studio :/
