How to prepare

They rent yoga mats and towels or you can bring your own. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD clips or you can wear street shoes. Please bring an ANT+ heart rate monitor for all Athletic Performance Training classes or buy one at the front desk.

YOGA with Laura
Laura’s class is one of my favorite yoga classes ever. She is incredibly clear in explaining what your body is supposed to do and why it will benefit you. Each Sunday is slightly different so I’m never bored and she allows time to work on inversions during which I do not feel judged, only capable.
YOGA with Michelle
Very different from my usual yoga class and a bit hard to follow at times. Did appreciate the hands on adjustments.
VINTAGE with Doug
My favorite class in the Twin Cities. It’s like being in an aerobics class you only see in movies. Doug is the best. Not for those who are overly sensitive/don’t want to see some skin!
Cycle 45 with Leif
Leif is amazing. I love the Firm and every instructor there! They are all so connected with the community there. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Not exactly a ‘Circuit Class’ but more of a ‘Caffeinated Step Aerobics Class’ ... but I loved it! Doug’s energy makes it a ton of fun!
CYCLE 60 with Laura
Challenging cardio workout but both the instructor and class could benefit greatly from a microphone. It’s extremely distracting when the instructor turns the music off at the climax of every song just to speak. I saw several new class pass members confused by this and it’s hard to get back in the groove.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
