Carrie’s class is incredible - she’s so helpful in showing me proper form throughout class and how to switch to a different move if something doesn’t feel right for my body! Fantastic class!

Doug is one of the greats. He’ll warm you up properly, then kick your butt. All while making you laugh through class. He is one of a kind + always switches things up. Great workout!

The instructors routine was great but the room was way too hot and over crowded. You need to have previous experience or you could injure yourself easily.

How to prepare

They rent yoga mats and towels or you can bring your own. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD clips or you can wear street shoes. Please bring an ANT+ heart rate monitor for all Athletic Performance Training classes or buy one at the front desk.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
