Great!

Studio and instructor were lovely. It is a lighter workout, nice for a Sunday

My butt looks killer in my jeans after all these classes with Leah. So I’m not complaining!
THE DAILY sculpt with Leah
awesome instructor, Leah is challenging, but makes it fun.
THE DAILY sculpt with Leah
I love Leah’s classes so so much. They’re challenging. And amazing!
THE DAILY sculpt with Lily
Love this studio. I did not enjoy class with Lily. The sequence of moves felt odd, like there was no flow, and she provided little to no personal guidance. When I asked for clarification on a move her responses were unhelpful and made me feel like a novice (I'm not) for not reading her mind. At one point, an attendee was trying to understand a move and when she asked Lily for clarification the response was curt ("you shouldn't feel it in your hip") and unhelpful ("look at your neighbor and try to do it like that").

Leah was a great instructor! Love every moment of the class!
THE DAILY foundations with Carolyn
Good beginner class. 4 stars because I found it to be a little too easy and a little boring. But I like the focus on form and intermittent stretching.
THE DAILY sculpt with Leah
Leah makes all my muscles hate me, but I still am smiling at the end because she is the best.
THE DAILY sculpt with Courtney
I would have appreciated more actual reformer work. The first half of class felt like mat Pilates and I can’t stand mat Pilates... which is why I sign up for reformer.
