Dailey Basics with Cecille
Really got a workout even though it was the Basics class. Not everyone was in the basics level though so there needed to be a balance.

Glad to hear you got a good workout in! While we do get all levels of clients in our classes we prefer to stay true to our basics format wether first timers or veterans are in the room. Basics is great for everyone to refocus on their alignment and engagement. Come back and try a Dailey Barre class. You may prefer that format as it cues to clients of all levels. Or better yet check out Dailey Interval or Dailey Fusion to get your cardio on!
Dailey Basics with Shelley
Shelley was extremely hands on and was constantly helping with everyone’s form. The class was challenging but I was able to do all of the moves. I would recommend this class for someone looking to learn the basics of barre.

Dailey Interval (Cardio) with Shelley
Shelley is amazing and correct my form and make sure I have right posture. First barre interval, burning...which is awesome!
Dailey Express (45 min Barre) with Tina
Tina's class was great. she gives really excellent and clear corrections and instructions. she also keeps things moving, which is important in this short format class.

About this studio

The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, Pilates, yoga, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises, that embraces the ultimate in exercise science giving you the confidence to know you are participating in the safest, most effective workout on the planet. We build our classes based on you. Whether you need help with your postures, or you’re squeezing in a workout during your lunch break, there’s a class designed specifically for your needs. How to prepare

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class. Socks are required. You can purchase grippy socks at the studio if you do not have your own. Please wear yoga style clothing (pants and a workout top). Water provided, please bring your own water bottle. We have everything you'll need for the class at the studio, including mats, towels, weights and props. If you are headed to work or headed out for the evening with a shower room too!

How to get there

Located right off the 101 Broadway exit, across the street from the Burlingame High School football field. There is ample street parking (free) all around the studio. We are also a short (3-5 minute) walk from the Burlingame CalTrain station. We have a bike rack in front of the studio. Please call (650) 344-3877 if you need help with directions.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
