The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, Pilates, yoga, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises, that embraces the ultimate in exercise science giving you the confidence to know you are participating in the safest, most effective workout on the planet. We build our classes based on you. Whether you need help with your postures, or you’re squeezing in a workout during your lunch break, there’s a class designed specifically for your needs. How to prepare
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class. Socks are required. You can purchase grippy socks at the studio if you do not have your own. Please wear yoga style clothing (pants and a workout top). We sell water and provide water if you bring your own water bottle. We have everything you'll need for the class at the studio, including mats, towels, weights and props.
How to get there
Located right off the 101 Broadway exit, across the street from the Burlingame High School football field. There is ample street parking (free) all around the studio. We are also a short (3-5 minute) walk from the Burlingame CalTrain station. We have a bike rack in front of the studio. Please call (650) 344-3877 if you need help with directions.
