About this studio
The Be.Live Practice is Singapore's only yoga studio dedicated to the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga takes on a meditative approach to yoga practice with a physical focus that works on the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). Our flexibility in the joints decreases as early as when we enter into our 30s. Our shoulders and trunk tend to lose flexibility more quickly than the elbows and knees. At any age, you may be relatively flexible in one part of your body and have limited range of motion in another. Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain that flexibility. How to prepare
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Toilet and changing facilities are available within the studio. There is a lounge area for you to relax, and distilled water is also available. The studio is comfortably airconditioned with mats, blocks and other props provided. You may wish to bring your own towel as we do not provide them. If you are coming here for the first time, do arrive 15 - 20mins early. We offer a personalised, instructive yoga experience and hence, everyone is welcome to join, regardless of your yoga experience.
How to get there
We conduct our classes at CT Hub 2, 114 Lavender Street, #10-73 (Gepz Studio). CT Hub 2 is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from Bendemeer MRT Station (Downtown Line). CT Hub 2 also has parking facilities. If you are arriving from the ground level, look for Lift Lobby 1 or 2 and come up to the 10th floor.
