About this studio

The Barre Code offers a variety of highly-effective, results-driven classes that allow clients to get cardio, strength training and restoration all in a single place. Client retention remains consistently high, as their studios are a one-stop shop for all of their client’s fitness needs. As a fitness program emphasizing personal growth, inner strength and a mantra of self-acceptance, The Barre Code fitness program is accompanied with a community feel fostered in each studio.

How to prepare

Come dressed to move. They recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Socks are required for all non-heated classes, and mats are required for all heated classes. Rental mats are available at the studios for a small fee.

Great total body workout. Studio is cold but youll warm up. Bring a light sweater before warm up.

Not good for beginners. The instructor did not provide assistance with proper form and the pace was very fast and overwhelming.

This class is hard but worth it! Instructor was amazing and gave modifications throughout that made things doable for all. Going at your own pace and focusing on form was stressed, which I valued. Ill be back to this one for sure!!

I have taken other barre classes, but this was much quicker transitions and according to my Apple Watch I burned more calories. The only thing I didnt like was that the teacher didnt do any adjustments to make sure youre in the right position.

What is ClassPass?
