About this studio

The Bar Method boosts results by placing its exercises in a specific order. First, it organizes the sections of the class so that they alternate between the front and the back sides of the body, enabling students to tone one side of their body while they elongate the side they just worked. Then it slims down students’ bodies by placing the most aerobic exercises in the second half of class when students are very warmed up and are burning away body fat. These design elements give exceptional results by multiplying the benefits students’ get from each exercise. 310 376 3444

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early 2. Socks that cover entire foot and pants that cover the knee are required (no shorts) 3. Only non-breakable water containers allowed (water only, no colored liquids) 4. No gum or cell phones 5. Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6. Pregnant students (new) must take prenatal class or DVD. Returning students should have a doctor’s note

What is ClassPass?
