About this studio

TenPoint5℠ is based on the philosophy that the human mind is the strongest “muscle” in the body—and that peak physique is achieved only by the belief that true transformation happens after fatigue. TenPoint5℠ incorporates classic ballet, core, pilates and yoga strengthening techniques. The class blends resistance training with stretching exercises to achieve long lean muscles—and is set to choreography that strategically accelerates muscle conditioning and sculpting.

How to prepare

Tight-fitting fitness and yoga attire is preferable. Although pants are recommended, shorts are acceptable however they must be spandex (i.e. biking shorts are okay). All students must wear “grippy” socks in the studio. If you do not have your own, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Great workout! Working those tiny muscles and balance is super tough but the instructor was helpful and patient with me, a beginner!

Teresa was super welcoming, and the studio space was bright, cheerful, and modern. I went to a mid-morning weekday class, and there were only two of us, which meant that I got some great, personal attention. However, the energy vibe was a little low, probably because it was such a small class. I hope more people start checking out this new studio in this cool space. I can tell that Teresa has put a lot of personal love into it!

The class was good I just wish the music flowed and was cohesive! I think that changing the music mid song can be very distracting and abrupt! I definitely felt the burn!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
