About this studio

We are on a mission to build a kickass community in Brooklyn where people can relax, connect with others and enjoy a playful, sweaty hot yoga practice that’s powered by the teachers. Our classes hover around 90° with varying levels of humidity and emphasize the flow of breath while creating a balance of strength and freedom in poses. This practice is open to every BODY and our teachers may make hands-on adjustments or use props to heighten your experience. Mats and towels are always on us.

How to prepare

The studio provides a complimentary Manduka yoga mat and towel. Extra towels are available for $2 and non-slip mat towels for $3. Please be (and stay) hydrated. You're going to sweat! You have a 10-minute window to enter class from the start time, but only if it’s not sold out. In the event the class is full and you don't arrive on time, we will give your spot to a student on the waitlist and your class will not be refunded.

Flow & Restore with Alyzeh
Ahmazing! Come flex, rest and heal.
Power Flow with Alyzeh
Had us all in a circle, so the space felt cramped and i felt like i was going to hit or bump into someone. I could tell some of us were not happy about this since we paid to take a class and not be told to sit in a certain manner like schoolkids. I didn’t like this class. We were only able to do one flow, and it didn’t even feel consistent and I didn’t feel calm after the class. I just felt more tense and worried. It honestly just felt very disjointed and quite disappointing.
Flow & Restore with Alyzeh
Primarily restorative. Not really a flow and session started with restorative pose before slight flow. Very relaxing but some uncomfortable poses and not my fave restorative class
Power Flow with Isabel
Class was okay but the guy in front of me kept manspreading when he clearly had a lot of room and nearly kicked me in the face/had his feet on my face when there was so much room on the front of the mat. I hope that the instructors or studio can find a way to spot this and make sure the men in the studio are more respectful of women’s spaces and also of women in general. He was also really oddly rude with me. Men, if you want to do yoga, be respectful of the women near you and their space and don’t be a jerk.
Power Flow with Emmie
Thanks Emmie! Good luck with your new adventures!
Power Flow with Jordan
I really enjoyed the workout. I just wished the instructor moved a little slower or explained the positions better. All-in-all, i would recommend this class for beginners like myself.
Free Flow with Joshua
Maybe the worst class I’ve ever taken. The instruction announced it wouldn’t be heated Bc it makes him miserable. This is a hot yoga studio! I come for the hot yoga. We did about four poses the entire class and 2 of them were 15 min forward folds. I would never come to this class again.

dave matthews band? really?
Power Flow with Joshua
The class was overly crowded which was okay but a little less people and more space would be nice. Been to the studio before and I loved it I still do,good vibes, this instructor had an interesting style, at first hard to get into but by the end of the class I liked him ????????
Power Flow with Jeanette
Really enjoyed Janette’s energy and flow, felt challenged without being overwhelmed. Studio was cute and welcoming. Only minor negative was that they provide just regular towels instead of the special hot yoga mat towels that some studios provide/rent out. Next time I will just bring my own. Overall one of my new favorite hot yoga studios.
