Extra sanitation

Wash your hands before and after training, clean and disinfect your gear after every session, shower after training to maintain personal hygiene, and wipe down shared equipment before and after use.

Temperature checks

We ask all members to check their temperature before attending class. If you have a fever or feel unwell, we strongly recommend staying home to prevent spreading illness.
