Foundations of Exercise with Small
Having been a past member of other, larger gyms, I didn’t know what to expect but was very pleased. 30 minutes of cardio on either treadmill, bike or elliptical— my choice. Afterwards, another 30 minutes with a trainer. Elizabeth was great. I highly recommend that you check it out!

Nice people and solid weight workout. Half of it is self done on machines so I was a little bummed about that. Otherwise I felt very welcomed!

Michelle is great, she know how to keep you motivated for 30min. I liked that the cardio in the beginning is at your own pace and you dont have to feel pressured to be there right on time.

Michelle was great and I liked the class but it is definitely an older crowd (like 50s and older). I felt a little out of place but everyone was nice and I worked up a sweat!

I hurt my back earlier in the week and this class is exactly what I needed to recalibrate my body. Very relaxing and kind.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
