About this studio

A boutique fitness studio featuring high-intensity, dynamic group training in an encouraging community of your teammates and coaches. No two workouts at Switch are the same so you'll always find variety there. Our specialized programming will include any combination of strength training, cardio, balance/stability, upper body, lower body, and core. While the classes at Switch are high-intensity, most moves can be modified by the coaches there for those who are easing into fitness or coming back from taking time off.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and a water bottle.

How to get there

Switch is off the street at the end of a driveway. It's located behind Performance Running on the north side of the street.

Tough workout, I enjoyed how unique it was - great variation. The trainers were absolutely delightful too, highly recommend trying this one out!

Came to town for a work trip and went with coworkers. AWESOME class! Challenging and heart-pumping but Steven gave us all individualized attention to ensure we were doing ok and getting the best workout. Plus, he was so welcoming!!

Felt more like a push class (arms/shoulder), at least that is what my body is telling me 12 hours later, haha, but still a great challenging workout :) love the way this studio offers isolated areas to workout!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
