About this studio

The Sweat program is more than just a circuit-training workout, it is a community. Each class is designed to be adaptive and results driven for all levels! Each class offers 20min of HIIT Cardio and 30min of Functional Strength Training, doubling your afterburn effect! No stage, no mic, no performances. We focus on individually coaching in the fun group atmosphere. True strength training with weights, bands, and stability tools. Low impact intense intervals on Assault bikes, rowers, ski erg, and Versa Climbers for effective results every class. Every workout is different, to keep your body adapting and mind entertained. Fusion Classes: half the class is on spin bikes, and the other half floor strength work

Great workout! My only comment is the transitions between exercises were a little short at only 10 seconds, so it was hard to get into the equipment (especially TRX) in time to start the set.

My abs are already sore! Ashley has a great playlist and kept things fun (even though we were dying). Nice start to my weekend, the rest of the clients were really friendly too

Excellent! Great circuit. It was Core focused but really targeted abs all the way around, internal & external obliques, transverse abdominus, all of it. Well combined & thought out with just the right amount of cardio. Jason also does a great job of paying attention to body mechanics and form.

Good instruction, a little bit too self-paced. Some of the other participants were a bit obnoxious. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.

I love Sweat! This class was awesome. So very hard but Ashley helped motivate through all the circuits. I probs burned 1000 calories. Thank you Sweat, I will be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
