Temperature checks

If you have been sick within the past 48 hours, we kindly ask that you do not return for 14 days. If you have a fever or any signs of illness, please stay home. No exceptions.

Social distancing measures

We are kindly asking that clients wait outside until their next class while we sanitize. Please do not congregate inside the studio. Once class is finished, please gather your belongings, sanitize or wash your hands, and kindly exit the studio so we can disinfect.

Mask-wearing policies

We ask that clients wear a mask when entering and leaving the studio. Masks are not required while working out on your personal machine.

Limited capacity

Maximum class size is 8 clients to ensure the safety of our community. There will be no more than 10 people in the studio at any given time.
