Gym Time
It was a tad warm, but the hot tub in the lockerroom made up for it!
Ballet Workout
LOVED this class!!! I do barre on my “rest days” but am never fully satisfied because it really isn’t even remotely close to traditional ballet. This class is a real ballet class without the tight buns and leotards. Barbara is amazing and altered routines for people who had no prior training. For anyone who hasn’t done ballet in years, wants to learn it, or just wants a good workout/to work muscles you’d never work in a HIIT or barre class this is the class for you (aka anyone who likes looking good and having fun)! I definitely plan on making it a weekly thing.
Gym Time
Beautiful gym
Gym Time
Huge gym; 3 floors. Nice cafe attached. Would go back.
BODYPUMP
a little offbeat sometimes but he's a good instructor
Cycle
Different instructor than what was listed in ClassPass. The class was also supposed to be 60 minutes but was only 45 minutes. Front desk people weren’t that friendly. First time at this gym and I don’t plan on coming back.
Yin Yoga

Gym Time
Kinda dirty and some machines are old but it’s a huge gym and they have all the machines, as well as sauna and steam!
Step
Great step class! Very welcoming group of regulars and a challenging but fun workout.
Sensazao Dance Fitness
This class was a little hard to follow since it seemed like everyone else was a regular and already knew the moves. But it was still easy enough to get a hang of it and a great workout. I burned more calories than I ever have in a 50 minute spin class! Would love to go back
