About this studio

Join us at [solidcore] the intense, full-body, Pilates based workout on our customized machine appropriately named [sweatlana] - she’s intense. You’ll be guided by a high energy [solidcore] Coach sequencing core, lunge, squat and upper body moves that work your muscle fibers to failure. It’s been called the hardest workout and, trust us, your body will notice immediately. Give us 50 minutes at our striking studio and start creating the [stronger], more sculpted version of you.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit to [solidcore], download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks or shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, if you don't arrive 15 minutes early, they won't be able to allow you to take the class.

Jessica is honestly such a wonderful coach. I enjoy most of the [solidcore] Miami coaches, but she is truly a star. She has a lot of formal training and years of experience and it’s shows in her class. Thank you Jessica for being an amazing instructor and always challenging me to be my best!

Great class. Instructor was amazing! She was very helpful and encouraging. On top of that the studio is nice and clean, and offers plenty of amenities like face wash, dry shampoo etc. for when you need to run elsewhere after!

Love the atmosphere, facility is nice, street parking can be tough so get there early. Good instructor, always gives an advance option. Only wish is to see the playlist of the night, we had old school hip hop tonight, would of like some modern hip hop or a variety. Overall definitely recommend

What is ClassPass?
