Ventilation system

Studio is well ventilated with our H-VAC system and have doors that open to allow fresh air into the mat and reformer studios.

Extra sanitation

All equipment and high touch surfaces will be cleaned after every class.

Contactless check-in

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. This allows time for you to meet your instructor and familiarise yourself with the studio. We recommend wearing comfortable gym clothing. No late arrivals permitted.

Equipment policies

For classes in our mat studio, please bring a towel, Yoga Mat and drink bottle with you.For our reformer classes we ask you to bring a small gym/ sweat towel, drink bottle and Grip socks. Grip socks must be worn, if you do not have any grip socks you can purchase these from the studio for $19-$25.
