Shark Fitness Training has been the St. Louis leader in boot camp fitness programs since 2000 helping clients earn real, long-lasting results in health and fitness. They have convenient options for boot camp classes 6 days per week at locations around the St. Louis area including Clayton, Crestwood, Kirkwood, and St. Louis City. They ask Clients for three simple things: arrive on time, work as hard as you can and pay attention to details. It’s really that simple...simple, but not easy. Clients perform a variety of balanced strength and endurance challenges along with calisthenics. The program is very effective, adjusts to an exceptionally wide range of fitness levels and has an outstanding safety record. How to prepare
Classes start promptly on time; arrive early to pick up resistance bands. Show up well-nourished, hydrated, wearing weather-appropriate clothes and well-supported shoes, w/water and a mat/towel if preferred. Class starts with a short jog, stretches and calisthenics, then a variety of strength and endurance challenges that address all areas of the body equally. It will feel overwhelming as you start (as it should). Results have to be earned and it certainly isn’t easy, but Sharks create an outstanding supportive environment for new trainees.
