Lots of chatting, class was almost two hours

Lots more stretching than expected. Tough for someone inflexible like me. Teacher was attentive. Wish there was a bit more strengthening besides core though. Calorie burn was very low for this class.

It doesn’t get any better than this if you want a wonderful stretch, deep meditation and to be inspired. So beautiful!!
