About this studio
San Diego Core Fitness is a unique outdoor fitness boot camp experience designed to take you to the highest level of fitness that you are capable of attaining.They choose their locations for ease of access as well as accessibility to park features that add to the diverse exercises they bring to each workout. Every boot camp is different and highly creative using body weight exercises as well as sand bags, sand balls, medicine balls, suspension training, plyo boxes, and band training, depending on the core philosophy of the workout. How to prepare
It's always good to have some water with you and a towel. It is not always necessary to have a mat but every so often we run out of them so it's good to have one as a backup. If you are cleared by a medical professional to workout then come on out and give us a try. We will challenge you, make you a bit uncomfortable but we want you to come back.
How to get there
LANDMARK: Ski Beach (you can Google map this or 1600 Vacation Rd. to get close) INSTRUCTIONS: The boot camp location changes due to conditions and crowding at the park. When you enter the park immediately turn left going toward the flag shown, and you will see a white Ram 1500 truck unloading equipment somewhere in the main parking lot to the north.
