Such a great class. Just the right amount of yin versus yang, and takes into account areas that we wanted to work on. So helpful when I had questions at the end - highly recommend.
Vinyasa Flow - 1/2 with Laura
This was slightly disappointing compared to the usual standard at this studio. I didn’t feel the instructor was that into it.
Mindful Flow - Open with Stella
It was a bit hard to follow. The studio is nice but it’d be nice if you could wipe down the matts and if the layout of the class considered how many people were practising. Was quite cramped

Lovely class, felt great afterwards. Beginner and felt very comfortable as she gave different options for different levels.

Fast paced but Loved this class.

Choi is undoubtedly one of the BEST yoga teachers I’ve ever come across. Her choreography, mindful cues and warmth made it an absolutely amazing class!! Love her!!!
Prana Flow with Marjan
a very calm class. Some slow deep stretches. I wouldn't call it flow as such, but a beautiful way to unwind before the weekend

The class was amazing specially the yoga teacher. She had such a wonderful attitude and the worlds she used during the class made so special.

What is ClassPass?
