see all reviewsHoly crap, that is probably the most I’ve ever pushed in a class!! That is the fastest I’ve ran on a treadmill. Marcellus seriously has great energy that makes you want to keep up. He’s motivating and encouraging. I like the structure of each of his intervals because you have a moment to slow down and focus on form while pushing as much as you can. You are guaranteed to burn a whole lot of calories and walk out feeling stronger. Thank you for a great class!!

I wasn’t as familiar with the format, and I’ve never done Yoga or TRX before, but the instructor’s high energy kept me going, and I eventually caught on. I definitely worked up a sweat and felt challenged in the best way possible. It’s a great blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
