It was full body and core engaged and the glute workouts were very targeted and sequenced perfectly, she knows how to use every muscle in your body to hold yourself up! I know my whole body will feel it tomorrow! It was easy to follow her and she guided the class really well, excited to take her class next week! (I also loved how she told the class in the beginning if you need a sip of water go ahead and take it and don’t wait on her cue)

I ended up having a nice chat with my neighbor before class started and she was very nice and welcoming as well. The lighting is great in the studio, the playlist was fire, the studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The class itself kicked my 🍑, I was leaving the studio like a baby giraffe learning how to walk. If you’re new to Pilates and don’t know all of the cues this is a good studio to dip your toe in the water, Nikki made it easy to follow and demos harder moves to give you an idea of what you’re doing, I never felt lost or frustrated. The flow was great, the pace was great, I would definitely come here again!

I am a beginner in yoga, and very much so not flexible. I appreciated how Heather suggested modifications as we went along, which allowed either the movements to be more or less challenging. That made it easy for me to flow with the class and really get into a mindful place without worrying if I was doing it “right”. The atmosphere of this class is also great, very relaxing, the music was calming and Heathers voice during the class even during instructions into new movements was very soothing. 10/10 will be coming here again!!
