About this studio

Py Method (formerly PlyoFlo) is plyometrics + yoga for faster results. With this unique format, you get the most out of every workout. The Py Method classes challenge all athletes, from those who haven’t exercised in years to those who participate in Ironman Triathlons. The classes enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility, and they are designed so that you will never plateau and there is always another level to reach. 612 836 2620

How to prepare

Most people prefer to wear shoes for the cardio and plyometric portions of classes. Please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear with you into the studio so you can avoid tracking dirt inside! You will also need a yoga mat and water, and you will sweat, so a towel is advised as well! Yoga mats are available to rent for $2, and hand towels are available to purchase (you keep it!) for $2. If you would like to shower at the studio, please bring your own bath towel.

How to get there

Street parking Is available, and there are four parking spots behind our building. You may also use the Livefront parking lot, located at 2913 Harriet Ave, before 7 am and after 5 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Fast paced class, I had a little trouble following the structure at first but then it was fine.I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. A solid butt kicking workout

High intensity class, but for me personally, there was an over emphasis on burpees. It was the majority of the class, and my mind and form starts to check out when it’s AMRAP without more variety.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
