About this studio

Utilizing the ballet barre to perform isometric movements, Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms in record-breaking time. In just 55 minutes, you will achieve a total body workout targeted at the areas of the body women struggle with most: seat, hips, thighs, abs and arms. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean and strong physique. 813 510 3949

How to prepare

New students must arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barre's. They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 minutes late. Wear pants, legging or capris (no shorts), a top that covers midriff and socks are required. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in studio. Please let the instructor know of any injuries.

What is ClassPass?
