About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

Honestly, if youve never done pure barre give it a chance! You will probably be the worst in the class but its a supportive upbeat environment and always my favorite!

This was my first Pure Barre studio and I was sadly disappointed. The instructor didn't demo enough for someone new, though she did frequently correct your position. I was more disappointed in the shape of the studio more so than the workout. This location was so run down it looks like it hasnt be updates in decades. The speakers were so old it was like being screamed at through microphone, the floor was old, cheap carpet (not hardwood like most Barre studios,) the ceiling was leaking with water that they had a bucket out to collect it, the music was terrible and left me with a headache and the equipment (weights, ball, strap) was super old. I cannot believe what they charge their full time members for this run-down studio. I would not recommend and I will not be back.

What is ClassPass?
