This was my second class here. I enjoyed it, but I was so lost the whole time and I’m sure I didn’t perform the moves correctly. I’ve been to other barre classes where the instructors are very hands on but maybe this one is for more experienced barre people as it’s very fast moving.

About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations less then 1 hour prior to the start of class. Socks are required! 305 529 0036

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

How to get there

Please arrive on time. To avoid injury, you will not be permitted to take class if you are more then 5 minutes late. If it is your first time to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new user forms.
